CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS
All of our products are custom made to order. Each item offered on our website is made to the size and color(s) specified by the customer. We make every single product in house to order based on the customer specifications at the time the order is placed. We can not and will not be held responsible for errors or omissions in the customer information or errors made with regard to sizing, colors or color combinations. Once the order has been made and shipped there are no returns, no exchanges and no refunds on any product we sell.
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH FOR ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS!
To prevent unauthorized credit card use, and avoid fraud, eDecals.com will only ship orders to verifyable billing addresses. This means that the physical address listed on your order must match the billing address for the credit card used. Failure to comply will result in delays for your shipment, and/or refusal to ship. We are protecting your credit card numbers and keeping unscrupulous criminals from committing fraud.
SGS Inc., designs and manufactures all products according to the information supplied by the customer. SGS Inc is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.
All products purchased are custom manufactured to order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at time of order placement.
SGS Inc will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. SGS Inc quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify SGS Inc of any problems with 48 hours. Any orders that are refused by the customer or are returned will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Any orders cancelled more than 24hours after order placement will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
All products designed and manufactured by SGS Inc are done so on an individual basis according to the information supplied by the customer. SGS Inc is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. There are no exchanges available, including those due to customer selecting improper size or color. The colors listed on the color chart have been color matched to the actual vinyl color. Be sure of the color before you order. Any orders that are refused by the customer or are returned will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Any orders cancelled more than 24hours after order placement will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
SGS Inc. is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. SGS Inc will make every effort to reckify the situation where feasible.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. SGS Inc is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, SGS Inc will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
